3. Client Responsibilities

Supply all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Ensure they have the legal rights to any materials provided to Artful4.

Project delays resulting from missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery schedules.

4. Fees & Payment

Project pricing and payment schedules are outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Work may be paused or withheld until outstanding payments are received.
Late payments may be subject to applicable fees where permitted by law.

5. Revisions & Project Scope

Project proposals may include a specified number of revisions.

Requests that exceed the agreed revision limit or substantially change the original scope may require additional fees or a revised project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

Artful4 retains ownership of concepts, drafts, source files, working files, and unused creative materials.
Ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received and only as defined in the project agreement.
Third-party assets, including fonts, stock photography, software, plugins, and licensed materials, remain subject to their respective license agreements.

7. Portfolio Rights

Artful4 may display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement provides otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

Artful4 respects the confidentiality of client information and will not intentionally disclose confidential materials shared during a project except:

With the client’s permission.
As required by law.
When necessary to complete the agreed services using trusted service providers.

9. Website Use

Visitors agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the effective date of termination.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
